According to the manufacturing process and reading plans, the incumbent installs the dies on all the presses, ensures the proper functioning of the machinery and related equipment and operates the equipment.
Read plans;
Perform production “set up” assemblies (mechanical processes);
Operate the equipment (if needed);
Inspect and control the quality of the parts produced.

Skills We Are Looking For
High school diploma required;
Ability to perform “set up” editing;
Knowledge of plan mechanics (an asset);
Ability to operate a forklift (training available);
Ability to operate lifting devices (training available);
Knowledge of imperial, metric measurements, and conversions.
