Develop and implement maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability (predictive, preventive, systematic replacement, modification, etc.)
Administer the preventive maintenance program, follow up on maintenance requests made by production people, follow up on checks and planned corrective actions.
Manufacture parts necessary for the repair, maintenance or assembly of machines using machining and welding tools.
Participate in the development of projects allowing the continuous improvement of the plant.
Carry out balancing, solder and braze electrical connections and adjust parts.
Execute preventive maintenance programs according to established standards.
Perform tests on electrical and mechanical equipment and its components to ensure that it functions properly and that repairs comply with requirements.
Perform all other job-related tasks.

Skills We Are Looking For
Hold a DEP in electromechanics of automated systems or a DEC in industrial maintenance or combination of training and experience deemed relevant.
Have at least 4,000 hours worked recognized in an apprentice’s book (asset).
Easy to understand the operation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Knowledge of CNC type equipment.
